Refund policy
14 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your page, email hello@bemyvalentinepage.com within 14 days of your purchase with your page link, and we'll refund you.
How refunds work
- We refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.
- After a refund, your page goes back to the free version: the question and the runaway No stay, the photos, note and song are removed.
- Charged twice by mistake? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate right away.
